Amy Morrison has focused her research efforts on dengue since 1994. She has been a member of Thomas Scott’s laboratory since the fall of 1996 and has served as the Field Director for all research activities on dengue epidemiology and Aedes aegypti ecology at the Amazonian field site in Iquitos, Peru. In addition to these duties, Morrison serves as the Director of the Naval Medical Research Center Detachment (NMRCD) Iquitos Laboratory and is stationed in Iquitos full-time.
